Yoga with Becka Badby
I’m looking forward to facilitating the morning Yoga sessions over the Shiatsu Festival weekend. Don't worry if you've never done Yoga before - put on some loose, or comfortable clothing, bring your mat if you have one, you're in safe hands. We will do a mix of breathing practises, posture and guided relaxation. All the movements on the mat can be modified or adapted to suit the wide variety of body types and mobilities, so come along and give it a go….. I look forward to seeing you there!

"Hi, my name's Becka and I am a recently qualified British Wheel of Yoga Instructor. I’m increasingly fascinated by the wonder of our body and what we can do to maintain positive physical and mental health. I hold to the belief that Yoga (amongst other great body and mind practises) is for absolutely everyone (not just the very bendy), and that in the increasingly fast paced, multi-tasking, attention deficit lives we lead, its an essential ingredient to understanding ourselves and to coming home to simply being. My aim is to facilitate a space, free of judgement, full of fun, curiosity and exploration. I hope that this ultimately leads to a greater sense of self awareness and a peaceful heart and mind. We are all on the journey together. |
